Here’s what you need to know
From Friday, Sept. 16 to Monday, Sept. 19

  • Between 9am EST Friday and noon EST Monday online banking customers will only be able to view accounts and history.
  • Transfers scheduled for Sept. 16-18 will be completed on Sept. 19.
  • Please print any history and check copies that you would like to retain prior to March 1, 2022.
  • Anytime Access will be down from 5pm EST Sept. 16 until noon EST on Sept. 19.
  • Debit/Credit Card and ATM access will not be impacted.
  • Branches will remain open, but some services will be limited. We encourage you to conduct in-branch banking, including mortgage payments, before the Sept. 15 cutoff to avoid late fees.

Here’s what you need to know
Starting Monday, Sept. 19

  • Your username will remain the same, except you will use all lowercase letters and no spaces.
  • Your initial password will be the letters gsb and the last 6 digits of your social security number or tax ID. For example, gsb123456.
  • You’ll be prompted to change your password, accept terms and conditions, and select new security questions.
  • Menu options will have changed, so please read carefully.
  • Upon initial login to Anytime Access, your new PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number.
  • You will be prompted to change your PIN before you access the updated system.
  • Menu options will have changed, so please listen carefully.
  • Your new online banking history will initially date back six months and will begin to accumulate Sept. 19 until 24 months of history is reached. Thereafter, 24 months of history will always remain accessible.
  • Please print any history and check copies you would like to retain prior to March 1, 2022.
  • Twenty-four months of bill payment history will be available to you upon initial log in.
  • If you currently receive your deposit statement at the end of the month you will receive two statements in September. One for Sept. 1 through Sept. 16 and the other for Sept. 17 through the end of the month.
  • Other September bank statements will not change.
  • In October, all statements will be back to their usual production and mailing schedules.
  • When you sign into online banking after Sept. 19, look for the documents link to sign up for e-statements.
  • Your mortgage or HELOC loan digits will change slightly, increasing from nine to 10 numbers, effective Sept 19.
  • The new number will include a “0” in the third position. For example, 123456789 will become 1203456789.
  • Coupon book customers may continue to use their current mortgage loan coupons.
  • You will be able to access your mortgage loan through online banking. Just remember to use your 10-digit account number when you register.

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Simultaneously hold down the Ctrl, Shift, & Delete keys.
  3. From the “Clear browsing data” pop-up, select each of the checkboxes.
  4. Depending on browser, select the Clear data/Ok/Clear now button.

 

Clearing browser cache using Safari on a MAC

  1. Open your browser.
  2. From the menu bar, choose History.
  3. At the bottom of the menu, choose Clear History.
  4. Select the Clear History button.

Clearing browser cache using Chrome on a Mac

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Simultaneously hold down the command, shift, & delete keys.
  3. From the Clear browsing pop-up, select each of the checkboxes.
  4. Select the Clear data button.

 

Clearing browser cache using Firefox on a Mac

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Simultaneously hold down the command, shift, & delete keys.
  3. From the Clear All History pop-up, select each of the checkboxes.
  4. Select the OK button.

 

Clearing browser cache using Safari on an iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Open the Safari settings.
  3. Choose the Clear History and Website Data option.

Clearing browser cache using Chrome on an iPhone

  1. Open your browser.
  2. From the browser menu bar, choose History.
  3. From the History pop-up, choose Clear Browsing Data.
  4. From the Clear Browser Data pop-up, choose each of the available options.
  5. Select the Clear Browsing Data at the bottom of the window.
  6. From The items you selected will be removed pop-up, choose Clear Browsing Data.
