Residential Underwriter:
Searching for qualified applicants with the ability to underwrite residential real estate loans, ensuring compliance with bank-defined underwriting policies as well as secondary market investor standards including FNMA, Freddie Mac, and FHLB. Must possess ability to meet production deadlines and quality/service standards in a fast-paced and high volume lending environment. Applicant will work with loan originators and production staff to secure all required documentation. The ability to examine financial statements, tax returns, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness are a must.

Real Estate Loan Collection Representative:
Applicant qualifications should include the ability to contact and secure payment arrangements from delinquent and maturing real estate loans using excellent communication and problem resolution skills. Applicant will ensure that all collection activities are in compliance with applicable regulations governing Fair Debt Collection practices, bankruptcy, HMDA, and all other applicable Federal and State Laws. Applicant will assist in the preparation of delinquency and tracking reports to ensure that information regarding delinquent loans and definitive payment plans are current, fully documented, and regularly reviewed to ensure compliance.
